I loved last week’s message. I have always loved writing. It so much easier for me to write than to talk. I never know what to say to people, but I can write and write and write! I do have things I’ve written over the years, but never completed them; i.e., novels, cookbooks, etc. I would love to self-publish but haven’t a clue where to start. Can you recommend who to contact about doing this, or is there a particular book I could invest in that would lead the way for me? Thank you for your wonderful teachings!
Thank you for the broadcasts. Thank you for being o obedient and sharing with us what you have learned and how to apply it daily. Very thankful. God Bless You. Thank you. Kay
I often experience spiritual attack when I try to get closer to the Lord, or as you say, when I step out in the authority Jesus has given me to pray for the sick, or even if I pray (specifically, and silently!) for someone whom I discern is under spiritual oppression. I would get really discouraged when I was “hit” because it felt like I wasn’t being protected. I was helped enormously when I learned (I think from Graham Cooke) that actually what is happening is you are stepping into occupied territory, taking it (back!) from the enemy. The enemy doesn’t want to give his land up, and is going to fight. So the picture I now carry is one of actively taking back God’s land rather than being a victim of the enemy’s “payback” after the event.
I learned very well how to ignore or ‘disassociate from’ pain and anguish- a tactic formed from childhood sexual abuse, honed to (almost) perfection after 30+ years in law enforcement. When I listened to your piece about spiritual warfare this evening, I couldn’t stop the avalanche of tears. Your segment on healing a couple weeks ago had the same effect. Seems that life hurts way too much sometimes and I tend to feel like God has abandoned me…. listening to you reminds me that it was actually ME who did the abandoning. For now at least, I’m back in the fight. Thank you
I only want to communicate how much I appreciate your book, “Seeing in the Spirit”. It has explained clearly to me experiences I have had in my past. I had no knowledge of the spiritual realm at the time this occurred, and I was left confused and thinking I was crazy (especially after others told me I was). You have no idea how relieved I have been as I read this book. One insight after another have come…it seems a miracle! Thank you, thank you…
I was a political activist for ten years, which taught me a lot, both good and bad, about myself, but God used those years to open my eyes to the truth about my addiction to alcohol. I resisted, of course, preferring to focus my energy on my perceived enemies. But a recurring dream, in which my feet were concrete blocks, kept reminding me of the enemy within. God finally blessed me with a health crisis in order to en-courage me to stop the self-sabotage and to come home to Him. Although raised in a Christian home and a believer my whole life, I’d never truly stepped out in faith until that moment when I finally gave the wheel back to God. Now my outer enemies are, as you say, PM, are just flies, sometimes annoying but easily ignored. The enemy within is still there, but she’s content simply to stay out of my way most of the time. She knows who’s boss now. Thank you, PM, for your affirming witness to victories such as this.?

“The enemy will lie to us to discourage and demoralize us, to make us believe we are not worthy of Gods love. God loves us all.” THANK YOU PM

Praying Medic
Consider reading my novel (The Gates of Shiloh) when it comes out. It may help with the trauma and dissociation.

Paula please read or listen to Praying Medics teachings on emotional healing. The best and it’s easily applicable and so effective.

I’d say the warfare comes from your own household, or the people you are the closest too! Plead the blood of Jesus over you often and pray up Saints!
