Having voted to impeach Donald Trump in the House of Representatives, why is Nancy Pelosi withholding the articles of impeachment from the Senate?

I think she knows it’s useless. If she withholds and they throw it out, she’s going to make it look like there wouldn’t have been a “fair” trial, anyway. Actually, there was no “fair” “trial” to begin with. ???
They are trying to find any dirt they can on republican senators. Forcing them to vote for impeachment
