I don’t believe it is a constitutional requirement for a governor to certify the selection of electors… The constitution only says the state legislature picks electors…

At one point, it sounded like you said that it was possible or even “likely” that would happen. It is very premature to do so now, but at the appropriate time, would you walk us through the process of the House procedures should the election be decided in that body ? Every possible option should be explored. Trump rightfully won re-election and no effort is too small or too great to ensure he remains in office. It’s not just the next four years that matter, the fate of our nation is at stake. We have a lot of work to do.
A reliable source on the 9th said there would be a bombshell Friday.
The source also said the left had a trap.
Some think that the bombshell was a defeat, but was it for us or them?
Could it have been a counter measure for a separation of powers trap?

Dave, I had a hard time with this report. I listened to X22 and understood, now I have mixed feelings about too much info reflecting off another “maybe”. This is the only one that seemed a bit chaotic. Hmmmmm……praying**
17:10, I cannot comprehend your logic. IF Dominion fraudulently changed votes, that is criminal. Criminal acts are decided by judges. By allowing a corrupt vote to be considered “real” is just insane, in that it validates the fraud. The real answer is to have the Court say “The election was not done in accordance with law, and people were disenfranchised”. Their remedy is to redo the election, one person, one vote, in person with ID. Period. The fact that 1/3 of the political/society system is being said to not be wanting to be involved in what they were constituted to do, is absolutely insane. That means that rules we live by are selectable as to who will follow them, and who will not. The corruption of politicians make this all so dirty, and dark, that a fair and just decision is not reachable. That also makes the whole Q/Patriot thing to be wrong, and the last 4 years a waste. China will win.
Criminal activity is (ideally) remedied in courts, but not civil ones. Thus far, the DOJ has opted not to intervene. At some point, they may.

Maybe a lot of the things you outlined are what will happen, the more different takes on this, the more I see you being right. One twitter post being passed around is that the SCOTUS just set a precedent for any cases against the outline you made, making it a good thing. I just hope they secure the Georgia elections.
In regards to the Georgia vote, why would you expect a Republican to win, if they use the same rigged voting system they had in November? Without fixing that system, you are just spinning your wheels. It always goes back to the fraud. Why do you think people are flocking to Georgia to be able to vote even if not eligible, since they seemingly have been corrupted? Their Gov and SOS are also apparently China thralls.
You’ve mirrored my thoughts on the matter of the upcoming Georgia election. There’s zero indication that election fraud will not supercede the votes of legal voters on January 5th. If we fail to hold adequate Senate majority on January 6th, considering the RINOs still seated in that chamber as well, we cannot surmount the deep state’s scheme to inaugurate their faux President. Georgia’s election mitigation is of utmost importance between now and then.

I think the Trump/Barr tension is a ploy. A public difference over WHEN the evidence should come out, establishes the powerful premise that there IS telling evidence to be released (because there has been a public argument which takes for granted that the evidence, WHENEVER it comes out, will be critical).
The military is the only way.
Military? You want people to die in the streets because they feel their vote is not going to be counted or they have to re-vote? That is what they do in a 3rd world country. States run their own elections that is how our country works.

Barr has been involved thru Bush Sr. and the CIA with Iran Contra, the Seth Rich coverup, and the Randy Weaver tragedy. While AG, the FBI and Justice had the Biden laptop for over a year, whose evidence would have exonerated POTUS and stopped the impeachment dead on. Barr is a deep state coverup artist.

You left off an important item. That is if there is procedural problem in the House. Each state then gets one vote. 27 states run by Republicans and 22 run by Democrats. Game over. Trump would be victorious.

I read that 2018 an executive order was signed that requires the DNI to submit a report on all election interference from a foreign government within 45 days of the election. That would be 12/18.

Saw on Twatter that the DNI report is coming a bit later, maybe couple days. Probably Monday. It’s been said that POTUS has a big decision to make. I really don’t think he wants to go down the martial law route, but he may have no choice. The public are gradually being made aware but MSM is still convincing many that there is nothing to see.
Martial law is probably the only way to scoop up all the bad actors but it has to be done all at once, in the dead of night so to say. Could it be that military movements, and various flights to Gitmo recently are heading in that direction? POTUS has the power, but as ever, optics are the thing..

The courts and legislatures do not, and don’t need, to determine the outcome of the election. They are simply responsible to determine if there was election fraud, and what the outcome of the election ACTUALLY WAS, according to the legitimate votes.
