29 minutes in, of the video, a confirmation of something God helped me know yesterday. Thank you.
I had noticed that I am utterly bored by the world as we see it with our 5 senses, the world satan made with controlling bureaucracies and difficulties for average person to get real wealth and freedom. Not impossible but hard in current political climate. The boredom and dissatisfaction made me want to eat something tasty to distract myself and provide a little joy. I said ‘God, there’s nowhere on the globe that I know of with a safe decent environment and affordable living . there is boring red tape, and dumb bureaucracy in charge everywhere. God I don’t like the style of society or the buildings and roads and many ppl are selfish and immature. How do I stay present in a world I dislike? I can’t eat snacks every single time I feel dissatisfied with 3D earth”
God gave me the thoughts: don’t focus on the 3D structures or society , focus on God’s world of the spirit where he can send wonderful opportunities to you. Be ready
So I did that and felt I was in a more warm kind place. Later a teenage boy on the train offered to help me. Lady working at the library was helpful (last time the worker repeatedly refused to help me with borowing process even though it’s part of her job and only takes 60 seconds). I enjoyed my afternoon, went and enjoyed nature, and felt hope for my future.
Lesson learned. 🙂
Recently God had me use visualization in healing by researching what a condition looked like when normal and creating that in my mind when i was in the spirit. Stunning results, I had torn muscles in my shoulder and within half an hour of cooperative visualization the muscles were connected and strong. Later I had a dream where I realized I needed to do a literature review to become fully functional in my field. There were 80 articles I needed to become familiar with. I believe I was being told to get familiarized with 80 different common problems to get ready to heal others. Your paramedic experience probably gave you much of that background, do you have any suggestions about what those 80 topics would be? I know things like cancer, spinal stenosis and some others and prayers for those situations are usually effective but I don’t know where to start to ready myself for situations I’ve never encountered.
justme, I share your condition to a lesser degree but have found it can be an advantage. It is possible but very difficult for me to bring up images on me own. If you you ask me what color my son’s eyes are I wouldn’t be able to bring his face to mind to help me remember but God can still bring images to my mind. When they appear I can be certain they are from him and not my own imagination. This has been very useful when I pray for healing for others because I KNOW the image is from God, I KNOW he doesn’t lie, so I KNOW he will bring about his will concerning what he showed me, 1 John 14-15. One of the tools in my healing tool belt is what I call releasing God’s Glory. I say “Father, I release your glory” into whoever I’m praying for and try to form the image of my thumb and finger together over their head holding a point of light. God takes my effort and I can see the light, I see it drop into the person and watch it spread into various parts of the person. All of it comes from God. God takes what I tried to start and makes the rest happen. Each time is different, he knows where his glory needs to go better than me. The effects are never immediate but with a couple of days the condition is usually healed. Arthritis in the back, migraines, conditions like that, usually disappear within hours or days. He tells me I am creating a singularity when I do this, an infinite amount of light in a single point, that it’s small version of what he did when he created this universe. I recommend you give God thanks for your condition because He can use it for great good.
Regarding the term “gift“. There are multiple uses for that word; unless the term is qualified or it is obvious by context it can be confusing, or conflated. This occurs even in the Bible. Paul uses the word gift to describe the ministries given by Jesus as gifts, and he also uses the word gift to describe the manifestations of the Holy Spirit, which are not the same as the Jesus gifts or callings. The Jesus gifts are the five listed in Ephesians chapter 4. but some of the same list appears also in first Corinthians chapter 12 along with other “gifts“ which since they are in the list with the prophet apostle evangelist etc. have to be designated as callings or ministries along with the prophet etc.
The gifts of the Holy Spirit however, which also appear in first Corinthians chapter 12, are not callings and not ministries, unless Jesus calls the individual who is manifesting the Holy Spirit gift to develop a ministry in that gift. Thus a person who prophesies by the power of the Holy Spirit can be called by Jesus to become a prophet. A person who manifests the Holy Spirit “gift” of healing or miracles can be called by Jesus into the healing ministry or miracle ministry. Thus, manifestation of the Holy Spirit and the calling by Jesus can have the same title but different meanings. The gifts of the Holy Spirit are transient manifestations brought on by the Holy Spirit as he decides and needs. Those “gifts“ are resident in every Christian because every Christian has the Holy Spirit and he doesn’t go anywhere without his gifts. The Holy Spirit gifts become useful and used when we become available to them. The Baptism in the Holy Spirit helps us to become more available, and says to the Holy Spirit “use me! Use me!“
I love the topic of Seeing in the Spirit!
