Can sleep on tummy if use pillow under tummy, goal is to keep spine level. Also liquid turmeric helps with inflamation and pain.
I swam back when I had chronic hip pain (due to misaligned lower back). In the pool was the only place I was pain free. After a few years and much prayer, I was getting prayer by the elders for my hip, one said that my heart was broken (from hubby’s unbelief). With some research I found the hips are connected to the heart. Then I knew that when my heart was healed my hips would be too. While at a Randy Clark training conference a lady prophesied over me and I was knocked down by the Spirit of God. She put her hand on my heart and commanded healing. I asked the Lord to give me the joy she had (she was often laughing during the teaching). Before I left my heart was not only healed but I was warring for my hubby. I have not had hip pain since! Praise God! Lord, I ask you to show Dave the root of his pain.
